Summary

We are seeking a Data Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our dynamic team at BASELoad. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity and quality of our healthcare data solutions. The Data Quality Assurance Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining high data standards, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client issue resolution by performing research, troubleshooting issues, escalating findings to senior team members as needed and communicating solutions to clients.
• Track client issues to include documenting inquiry details, research findings and resolution outcomes. Ensure timely client follow-up on unresolved issues and gather feedback on support experience.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Operations QA (quality assurance) knowledge base documentation of “How To” guidelines, capturing common issues, etc.
• Participate in hands-on testing of client service product code updates and enhancements.
• Perform quality assurance on incoming and outgoing client data files.
• Support ongoing projects through attending meetings, assist in tracking progress, and ensuring project documentation is captured.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data quality assurance or a related field, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
• At least 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Specifics

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 annually
• Benefits: 401(k), Health insurance, and Paid time off
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch
• Ability to commute/relocate: Rock Hill, SC 29730: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Experience: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word: 2 years (Required)
• Work Location: In person (No remote work)
• Employment Requirements: Background check and drug testing
