Full Time Office Administrator Position
Basement & Radon Solutions - BRS Pros, Hendersonville, NC is currently seeking to fill a full time Office Administrator position. As the Office Administrator, you will be the primary liaison between our customers, project managers, crews and office staff that provides administrative support on daily tasks. This makes you an invaluable asset who is critical to the success of the organization.
Principle Duties:
- The office administrator ensures smooth running of the company office, excellent customer relations, and contributes in driving sustainable growth
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support
- Coordinate project schedules and maintain accurate records
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for our accounting firm is a definite asset
- Take initiative in recognizing office inefficiency by helping with the implementation of office systems to better improve workplace practices
- Perform data entry, generate reports, and sort data from multiple computer applications
- Review & update daily schedule
- Communicate with customers & staff for smooth transactions
- Record & manage information in our CRM programs
- Maintain digital database & hard paper files
- Perform weekly and quarterly progress reports
- Punctual, regular attendance

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Bilingual is a definite asset
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications
- Ability to work both independently & in a team environment
- Time management skills
- Organizational & communication skills
- Flexibility & attention to detail required
- Exceptional telephone & email etiquette
