What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Duke Medical Equipment International?
Established company seeking office admin support. Help with customer billing, accounts payable, record keeping, with some inventory & logistical responsibilities. We are a very small staff that sells, services, builds & leases MRI, CT, and PETCT scanners.
The applicant must be flexible in job duties and self-driven. The schedule can be flexible for the right employee. Attention to detail, bookkeeping, and customer relation skills are a must for this position. Basic accounting knowledge for record keeping and data entry along with skills in quickbooks, Mac operating, and google drive. Associates Degree or higher preferred but not required. Must pass background check and employee must submit to random drug screens at employer's discretion. Do *not* stop by facility without an interview appointment.

- 2-5PM Can work with parents needing to end work at 2PM for school pickup.
