Job Description
The Shift Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Plant Manager and Shift Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the de-linting and packaging plants and shipping and receiving in the warehouse. The primary focus will be on providing support for production, business, and various processes within a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations set by BASF and plant management.
• Maintain the plant monitoring programs and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) as they apply to the various processes of the facility.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and yearly production goals established by ensuring the production of a high-quality product within a safe work environment.
• Engage in variety cleans across all areas of the site to ensure compliance with SOP requirements.
• Actively participate in team meetings focused on topics such as shift change, cleaning, maintenance, and regulatory matters.
• Participate in the site's Quality and Stewardship initiatives.
• Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
