What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Coordinator position at BASF?
We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team in Bapchule, AZ.
As a key member of our Agricultural Solutions division, you will work closely with the Plant Manager and Shift Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our de-linting and packaging plants, as well as shipping and receiving in the warehouse.
Your primary focus will be on providing support for production, business, and other processes within a team-oriented manufacturing environment. This includes activities in cross-functional areas such as production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process re-engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations set by BASF and plant management.
- Maintain plant monitoring programs and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) as they apply to various processes of the facility.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and yearly production goals established by Cotton Seed Supply.
