As a Project Coordinator in our Admin Department, you will report directly to the Director & Assistant Director work daily with Project Managers. Please note: This is an office position and not a field position.
What You're Responsible For:
- Strategically scheduling projects to meet revenue goals
- Collaborate with Project Managers to receive all information needed to update budgets/job costing and sub-contractor pay
- Providing Excellent Customer Service by facilitating effective communication to ensure everyone is informed of project progress
- Coordinate & allocate resources to resolve issues proactively and as they arise
- Closing project documents including final photo documents, lien waivers and invoices
- Contributing to future project planning and estimating
- Communication with all team members in person as well as via text, phone, and email daily
- Work closing with the Production Manager and Project Managers to ensure timely and accuarate input of all information (ie: notes, budgets, completion dates, etc)
- Remain flexible with new projects and come up with new ideas on how to make our processes better.
Requirements:
- Be able to pass a drug test; be open to background checks.
- Minimum 5 years customer service or office management experience
- Minimum 3 years roofing industry (or construction) related experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
- Analytical mindset with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- High Level of Attention to detail & organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and be willing to learn new computer software programs.
- Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
- Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers with a high level of emotional intelligence
