Job Description
General Accountabilities in this Role:
- Supervise and develop employees in the Technical Assembly department.
- Oversee and direct all daily production activities of the Assembly department.
- Responsible for the safety, quality and productivity goals of the department.
- Assist with hiring of and ensure quality training of new employees.
- Communicate with managers, engineers, production personnel or others to resolve production issues.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- A minimum of 3 years related leadership manufacturing experience
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills
