Electrical & Mechanical Assembly Supervisor
Position Summary The Electrical Assembly Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring production success by leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 Electrical Assemblers and Electro-Mechanical Technicians. This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate project schedules to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and train team members in electrical assembly and wiring techniques
- Assign and assist with tasks, including panel building, device mounting, and conduit installation
- Ensure alignment of electrical and mechanical scopes with project timelines
- Maintain quality standards, organize inventory, and verify received parts
- Communicate project progress and concerns to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform hands-on assembly as needed
