Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the clerical needs of our production and front office.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and upload daily production and QC paperwork for all three shifts to the server for Head Office.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
- Update safety manuals and training materials regularly to reflect changes in safety laws and company protocols.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees on various safety topics (e.g., emergency procedures, hazard communication, personal protective equipment, etc.).
- Perform regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards or unsafe conditions in the workplace.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Investigate workplace accidents, near misses, and safety incidents to determine their cause and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on accidents, including findings and recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, employee safety training, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements and prepare reports as needed for regulatory agencies.
