We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for all positions within the organization. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with employees. The goal is to find and hire talented people that will help us grow our team and expand our reach.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment
- Experience using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
- Provide candidate information such as references, salary requirements, competencies, etc.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Attend job fairs, industry events, etc. to source new candidates
- Build relationships with key hiring managers to help you better understand their needs
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills to ensure accurate candidate evaluation and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and various online sourcing platforms.
- Prior Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
