Enablx is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus on sourcing, Identifying, interviewing, and hiring full time qualified applicants to meet the staffing needs of our company. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Hybrid - Monday through Thursdays are in office days, Fridays we work remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle recruitment activities including calling prospects, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop And Execute strategies to attract talent across various channels, including LinkedIn, really and other job boards.
- Manage the administrative new hire process including obtaining all appropriate new hire information and creating and maintaining orderly personnel files, per the employee file checklist. Ensure all hires meet pre-employment requirements such as medical clearances and background checks.
- Manage all post-hire employee file processes, such as, but not limited to: Drug Testing, I-9 & W-4 etc, completion. Coordinate all appropriate certifications and necessary compliance requirements.
- Support office staff by answering phones and assisting with any needed compliance for employees.
Job Qualifications/ Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certification in Human Resource Management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems for generating reports and queries.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment laws, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse groups tactfully and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
- Proficiency with social media, CV database and professional networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn/really to proactively source candidates.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
