The focus of the IT Staffing Sales Representative will be on identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering tailored IT staffing solutions that are unique to the client's current needs. Key duties include collaborating with recruiters to fulfill client needs, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM databases, preparing sales presentations, and keeping management updated through regular reports.
Successful candidates should demonstrate confidence, reliability, and attention to detail, along with a strong desire to learn and collaborate in a competitive market.
Responsibilities of a successful IT Staffing Sales Representative include:
- Serving clients (B2B) by selling our IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation services
- Finding and establishing new accounts
- Understanding current and prospective clients' business challenges and IT Staffing needs
- Managing existing accounts and nurturing current client relationships
- Partnering with recruiters to fill client requirements
- Keeping management informed by submitting regular reports
- Maintaining accurate sales funnel forecasts
- Maintaining CRM and customer databases, ensuring they are up to date
- Preparing sales presentations
- Identify, attend, and strategically attend customer-facing events to strengthen relationships
- Maintaining industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and establishing business networks
- Attending trade shows and networking events

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years Sales experience, preferably business-to-business sales (B2B) or 3 years Recruiting experience, preferably IT Recruiting
- Valid Illinois Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in Staffing Solutions or IT solutions sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
