- Establish good customer relations by providing excellent customer service, obtaining relevant customer information, and handling customer inquiries effectively
- Customers' primary point-of-contact for body repair services
- Ask questions to thoroughly understand customer needs to manage repair expectations
- Timely communication between technical team and customers
- Provide world-class service via timely communication with internal teams and to the customer
- Navigate online computer system for client info management timely repair order workflow
- Record and maintain repair details in auto body shop records
- Other duties as assigned
- Licensed in state of New York to perform collision estimates (REQUIRED)
- 1 year experience in a collision repair center
- Excellent customer communication skills
