Job Title: Collision Shop Paint Prepper
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting: Perform thorough sanding, masking, and priming procedures to ensure smooth and flawless surfaces.
- Inspect vehicles: Identify imperfections, scratches, or dents that require repair or attention.
- Use appropriate tools: Utilize paint tools and techniques such as spray guns, paint thinner, epoxy primer, clear coat, and new paint.
- Collaborate with the paint team: Ensure proper color matching and automotive paint application techniques.
- Maintain a clean work environment: Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Stay updated: Keep up with industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to auto body repair and painting.
- Communicate effectively: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure a seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience as an auto body prepper, automobile prepper, paint prepper, or in a similar role within the automotive collision repair industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
