Scheduling/ Service BDC Compensation:$18 - $20.00 per hour(based on knowledge and experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday8am - 4:30pm. No weekends!!

Scheduling/ Service BDC Job Duties and qualifications:
- Handle all guest inquiries immediately with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with our guests via phone, internet, or text
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests and providing general or related vehicle sales information
- Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives
- Set appointments, following up with any “no show” guests, updating and relaying job statuses to other departments.
- Work in close proximity with other BDC Representatives in a team-based environment
- Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures
- Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must
- Proficient in basic math and writing skills
- Proven customer service track record or clear desire to provide next level customer service
- Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment
