The Basilica School of Saint Mary, a Catholic Pre-K through eighth Parish School in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking an administrative assistant for our middle school office for an immediate start. The Stephens Hall Administrative Assistant reports to the Office Manager and works to ensure the administrative needs of the school are met. These include, but are not limited to; greeting those who walk into the school office; answering phone calls, taking messages, and sorting mail. Qualified candidates will fully embrace the mission of our Catholic school, which recognizes the infinite value of each student, seeks to develop the gifts of all, and nurtures them to be saints, stewards, and scholars, always with an eye to their eternal destiny.
