Culinary Team Member Role
This position involves working closely with our culinary team to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotels or resorts and a strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Set up the cooking station according to the Executive Chef's guidelines.
- Verify that all foods are properly stored, rotated, labeled, and dated in accordance with accepted food handling procedures.
- Prepare the omelet station for morning service.
- Maintain a clean and organized buffet area during service with assistance from food runners.
- Communicate any safety concerns or equipment issues to the Executive Chef for prompt attention.
- Practice exceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational skills throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Guarantee consistent food quality served to guests.
- Take on additional tasks assigned by the Executive Chef, Chef De Cuisine, or Sous Chef.
Required Skills:
