- Create a Warm Welcome: Guide new hires through our onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Be a System Savvy Pro: Utilize our systems of record to input and update new hire information with precision.
- Coordinate for Success: Collaborate with operations to guarantee new hires have seamless access to all necessary company resources.
- Manage the Flow: Direct new hire paperwork and separation forms to the appropriate managers.
- Keep Things Organized: Monitor electronic onboarding completion and ensure all steps are finalized.
- Tech Support Extraordinaire: Assist with entering new hires into company systems and manage employee removal upon separation.
- Handle Important Documents: Upload compensation adjustment documents into HRIS.
- Be a Helpful Voice: Assist with office phone calls and employment verifications.
- Provide HR Support: Answer employee HR-related questions and concerns.
- Contribute to Projects: Lead and participate in various HR projects and provide administrative support.
What You Bring:
