What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the design and production while collaborating with a team of interior designers and architects throughout all phases of the design process
- Oversee the development and completion of conceptual, schematic and design development materials
- Communicate effectively with team lead and consultants across offices and disciplines
- Produce visually stunning, high-quality drawings and renderings
- Responsible for maintaining design integrity throughout all phases of the project
- Creatively and eloquently present design concepts and ideas to clients and prospective clients
- Projects range from small to large new builds, conversions and renovations
- Lead and mentor staff, as well as foster a team environment, throughout all phases of the project
What you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design
- 7 years of interior design experience, hospitality preferred
- An exceptionally positive and curious attitude
- A desire to work creatively within several concurrently tight deadlines
- Training in Revit required (and a knowledge of Enscape, Sketch-up and InDesign)
- Strong graphic presentation skills
- Willingness to occasionally travel, as there may be limited travel required
