What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cake Decorator/Assistant Manager position at Baskin Robbins?
We are a busy Togo's and Baskin Robbins Combo store that is looking for an experienced cake decorator and manager. This position will be about a 50/50 split between working on cakes in the back of house, and helping customers in the front while also running shifts. Other duties may include ordering, inventory, training, and sales reporting. Being able to multi task, and exceptional time management skills are crucial for this position. Strong customer service and attention to detail are crucial. Some cake decorating or baking experience is required as well as some management or supervisory experience.
Weekend availability is required. Shifts will mostly be daytime however some evening availability is also necessary.
This position offers opportunity to advance into a general manager role.
