- Manage the annual performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, timeline and communications.
- Create and implement talent programming initiatives that support our talent management strategy and enhance our talent pipeline.
- Identify & support high potential talent through succession planning and professional development planning.
- Use data analytics to inform talent management decisions and strategies, and to measure the effectiveness of career development, talent marketplace, and talent experience initiatives.
- Assist with executive leadership meetings through presentation creation, data maintenance and developing follow-up action items for critical roles, succession plans and talent pools.
- Develop short- and long-term strategic plans with measurable milestones
- Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience
- 5-7 years’ experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, HR or Talent Management
- Experience using a Talent Assessment framework
- Preferred: Change Management Certification
- Preferred: Project Management Certification
- Ability to engage and assess needs of key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into engaging storylines
- Excellent organizational skills, paying particular attention to detail, deadlines and priorities
- Flexible and resilient in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information
- Strong learning agility
- Understanding of competencies/capabilities/behaviors and development planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
