The Talent Development & Engagement Manager assists with the design, development, and execution of the talent agenda for Go To Foods. He/She partners with HR Business Partners to understand business objectives and needs; identify, develop, and deliver talent management initiatives to the organization. This person will be responsible for managing and executing efforts related to onboarding, learning and development, engagement, and culture.
