Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using a POS system efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to tables.
- Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Keep up with expected side work and complete all duites before leaving for the day.
Requirements:
- Previous experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
