The ideal candidate will have prior industry experience in construction, architecture, or engineering, in addition to a minimum of two years of construction contracts and dispute experience as an attorney. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as excellent academic credentials. Experience in real estate or environmental litigation is a plus, as is experience with American Institute of Architects (AIA) contract documents and similar construction industry form contracts.
