A leading law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join their Construction practice group in Nashville. This is a growth-oriented position offering a clear pathway for advancement and the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters.
Key Responsibilities :
Construction Transactions : Represent owners and developers in the planning, negotiation, design, and construction phases of major projects.
Construction Disputes : Handle litigation matters, including disputes related to delay claims, liens, compensation issues, and quality of work.
Client Representation : Work closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, from planning to completion.
Qualifications :
Litigation Experience : Some experience defending clients in construction disputes, with courtroom and deposition experience preferred.
Transactional Expertise : Familiarity with managing complex construction agreements and documentation.
Strong Academic Background : Excellent academic credentials are required; a transcript must be submitted with the application.
