What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney - Debt Finance position at Bass, Berry & Sims?
Our Practice.Our debt financing attorneys represent both public and private companies as well as a broad range of institutional lenders in a variety of complex, structured financing transactions. We also have a strong focus on middle market private equity deals, and regularly negotiate junior and senior credit facilities (frequently coupled with an equity investment and a change of ownership transaction), acquisition facilities, and capital call facilities. Through our representation of both lenders and borrowers, we offer clients a comprehensive perspective on all aspects of financial transactions including syndicated credit facilities, healthcare finance, public offerings and private placements, intercreditor arrangements, workouts and restructurings, asset-based credit facilities, project financings, sale/leaseback transactions and senior, mezzanine and other junior or split collateral credit financings.
