Our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group is an interdisciplinary team of more than 90 attorneys from a multitude of legal backgrounds. Our Nashville office is seeking associates with 1-3 years of business litigation experience (i.e. a 2nd to 4th year attorney) and an interest in working directly with clients, taking responsibility for case management, preparation and resolution, including trial, mediation and settlement. Healthcare fraud and abuse experience is a plus, and experience in a law firm is preferred. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who prefers a team approach to the practice of law and considers providing excellent service their primary goal.
