What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Assistant position at Bass Pro Shops?
POSITION SUMMARY :
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Director and outside agency partners to continually develop, implement, and refine our overall brand strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels as well as our store front.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Develop and execute organic social media calendar for all owned channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok
- Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling for social media channels and blog content
- Develop and organize lifestyle content for all channels
- Help develop online sales flyers
- Community management for owned social channels, engaging with the community and escalating any issues to customer service to address
- Coordinate and manage giveaways with brands and / or micro influencers on social and fulfill prizes accordingly
- Maintain monthly reports for organic social and share results with Director
- Assist Director on all online and in-store events
- Assist Director on any future programs
- Identify and share digital trends, insights and best practices
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
