Assistant Accounts Receivable Agent Liaison – Onsite – Plantation, FL
Pay starting at $21.00 per hour
We are seeking to add an Assistant Accounts Receivable Agent Liaison to our team! This role is located onsite in our Plantation, FL corporate office and provides clerical support for the Accounts Receivable team to fulfill check printing and mail. In addition, they assist with collection of past due items, the tasking of notices of cancellations, return of fuds through issuance of checks, and offers customer service to agents through phone coverage. The ideal candidate for this role will have great customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and be detail oriented.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Handle all clerical tasks related to check printing.
- Handle all AR mail, including scanning checks to the bank and sending legal letters.
- Run the earned premium report and send earned premium letters.
- Work closely with the manager to follow up on past due items.
- Research payments to resolve accounting issues.
- Task notices of cancellation for unpaid policies, working to complete DNOC’s.
- Handle agent issues by phone daily from 10am-2pm.
- Resolve undeliverable Statements, working with the agent to update contact information.
- Assist with aging, per the collection protocol.
- Aid with posting, offsets and rescinds for Support team when needed.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
- Some experience in accounts receivable is preferred
- Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
- Must be able to prioritize and be responsive to complex issues
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook – knowledge of accounting desired
