As a vital part of our office, you will play a key role in managing insurance claims, patient communications, and ensuring smooth financial processes for our valued patients. We are not corporate owned or managed. We are a private family practice that values relationships with our clients and our team.
What You'll Do:
- Verify insurance benefits and coverage for patients.
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Work closely with patients to explain insurance policies, billing, and payment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and financial records.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure seamless insurance processing.
- Handle insurance inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in dental insurance coordination preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies and claims processing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
