What you'll do
The Senior Account responsibilities include a strong emphasis on maintaining accurate accounting records pertaining to hospital accounts receivable and revenue for the completion of monthly/yearly hospital as well as consolidated financial statements. The candidate must have the ability to analyze data from multiple sources and capable of examining and analyzing the data to seek out discrepancies and A\R trends. Must have experience reconciling A\R software to the General Ledger system.
- Helps to prepare monthly journal voucher entries and financial statements for the Network.
- Reconciliations of general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers (AR & AP) including cash management.
- Assist the Accounting Manager with year-end audit preparations.
- Other duties as related.
What we need from you
Education:
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in accounting
- Experience may be considered in lieu of education
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years related experience in healthcare

Pay Range
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. The above compensation range represents a good faith belief of the compensation range by Bassett Healthcare Network, and its entities and affiliates, at the time of this posting or advertisement.
Pay Range Minimum:
USD $70,630.10/Yr.
Pay Range Maximum:
USD $105,945.16/Yr.
