What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Mowing position at Bassett Tree and Landscape Inc?
This post is for full time AND part time lawn mowing employees. We begin work in April with spring clean ups, mulch and mowing. The season ends in November/December with the end of mowing and fall clean ups. Snow removal hours are available.
We mow with primarily SCAG brand mowers. We have both riding and self-propelled walk behind mowers. String trimmers and mowers are primarily Stihl brand. Equipment is less than 5 years old.
Daily mowing duties include but are not limited to: mowing, string trimming, backpack blowing, spring clean up, fall clean up, snow removal, sidewalk edgingWe mow both private and public spaces.
Mowing hours are typically Monday through Friday, 630am to around 4-5pm (route pending). Rarely work weekends unless weather impacts a week day. If there are slow hours due to dry times, we have landscape and tree work that can supplement hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.00 - $26.80 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 60 per week
