Bassham Foods is a Restaurant Supply Company and has been servicing Restaurants around Texas and beyond for over sixty years. We are currently looking to add an Entry Level Customer Sevice Representative to our team.
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone.
- Placing customer orders or assiting customers with placing orders.
- Assist the customer with resolving issues pertaining to orders, products, shortages, etc.
- Assist Outside Sales Representatives with ordering needs, creating invoices or adjustments.
The right candidate will posses strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to provide effective communication with all levels of staff and management, posses strong computer skills, be detailed oriented and be capable of researching and solving problems.
