Responsibilities include:

Process loan title and finance documents efficiently, work with staff to ensure all documents and stipulations are acquired for customer financing. Understand and comply with all state/ local/ federal regulations. Maintain relationships with lenders and customers to keep flow of business consistent. Experience preferred but not required, we will train you! Need to be computer proficient and able to dress professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Administrative and clerical experience
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and office management
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and filing systems
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
