Autonomous Vehicle Software Account Manager

The Autonomous Vehicle Software Account Manager will act as the primary interface with Raymond Corporation with regards to executing Maestro/T-Hive projects for Raymond. As the primary interface, the Raymond Account Manager will be responsible for assisting Raymond with system design, quoting jobs, representing Raymond on Maestro matters with the end customer, and generally ensuring Raymond's partnership with Bastian and Maestro/T-Hive results in a good outcome for Raymond and their customers. In short, this person will be all things Maestro/T-Hive to Raymond.

In addition, this person will also serve as the subject matter expert on Maestro/T-Hive to Bastian Solutions for opportunities involving Bastian AV equipment. Using their expertise with Maestro/T-Hive they will support the overall Bastian Sales team in designing, quoting, and supporting discussions with the end customer.

Job Functions

• Serve as primary point of contact to Raymond Corporate and Raymond Dealers for Maestro/T-Hive projects involving Raymond AV equipment
• Serve as primary point of contact to Bastian Sales for Maestro/T-Hive projects involving Bastian AV equipment.
• Have a partner mentality when working with Raymond to ensure their best interests are served.
• Be viewed as an application expert on Maestro/T-Hive.
• Participate in product roadmap discussions representing initiatives from both Raymond and Bastian Solutions
• Partner with Raymond on AV opportunities requiring Maestro/T-Hive from opportunity identification, solution development, quotation generation, through hand-off to project execution team.
• Represent Bastian and Raymond in systems design to potential clients.
• Ability to scope and quote customer integration projects to maintain profitability of both Raymond and Bastian.
• Be aware of project execution status and be prepared to get involved if there is a struggle.
• Be informed of Maestro/T-Hive product development activities and priorities, especially with regard to Raymond's interest.
• Ensure mutual success for Raymond and Bastian Solutions.
• Engages in ensuring both Raymond and the end customer's satisfaction.
• Potential to support additional software related opportunities with Bastian's Exacta WES/WCS solution.

Travel Requirements

• 10% overnight travel to Raymond dealers, customer sites (Travel expenses paid by Bastian Solutions)

Preferred Skills and Required Qualifications

• Must be able to work long term in the US without future sponsorship
• Bachelors degree in engineering, technical field, or similar degrees
• 2 years exposure to working directly with or adjacent to software applications and integrations
• 2 years of Autonomous Vehicle experience
• 5 years of material handling, industrial automation experience
