If your answer is 'yes', Basware , a global leader in AP Automation, is seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to join the growing team in San José, Costa Rica.
The Implementation Engineer's role is to strengthen the Professional Services team in delivering the template of cloud-based Network projects and products. As part of this global delivery team, you will act as a delivery expert towards our customers and internal stakeholders.
As an Implementation Engineer, you are responsible for :
- Leading the implementations by translating technical requirements to clear project deliverables.
- Working with the customer to understand their business needs and designing tailored integration solutions.
- Interfacing with the project team and customer to drive the project successfully to its closure.
- Implementing Basware AP Solutions in accordance to the delivery lifecycle and quality guidelines by acting an implementation expert for projects and global roll-outs.
- Learning, mastering and understanding the Basware services and platforms from a technical point of view.
- Driving technical project follow-up of your project portfolio towards both customer and any internal stakeholder during all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
- Obtaining and ensuring customer engagement via effective communication and a proactive delivery approach
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders such as other delivery units, R&D, Product Management to assure timely and correct project deliveries.
- Participating in continuous delivery excellence and process improvements.
