Summary
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization while providing world class service. Prepare analysis and Schedule A billing documents for sales staff.?
Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Determine customers' merchant services needs and prepare and review analysis and Schedule A documents for sales team to present.?
- Track weekly and monthly progress of all sales reps with regards to incoming statements, estimated profitability retained during analysis process.?
- Track incoming statements and turnaround time.?
- Provide sales management with weekly and monthly detailed reports on Alliance and Banking team progress with bids in the pipeline.?
- Prepare and calculate monthly commission and EOM reports from First Data information.?
- Process commissions to payroll and create payments for bank shares by deadline.?
Additional Responsibilities
- Review business trends to advise customers regarding expected fluctuations.?
- Make presentations on financial services to groups for training.?
- Update and maintain bidding/interchange training section of sales manual.?
- Notify sales team of interchange/pricing changes.?

Education & Experience
- Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred?
- A minimum of 1 year experience?in accounting, finance/banking?
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills Preferred?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM?
