Summary
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at BATA PLASTICS. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our facility, contributing directly to our mission of environmental conservation.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
- Pick orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
- Assist in materials handling and storage processes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Propane sit down Forklift: 2 years (Required)
