Job Summary
The Parts Coordinator II is responsible for efficiently managing parts inventory, pulling parts from pick lists, and ensuring that parts are correctly packaged, shipped, and crated for overseas delivery. This role requires familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving, as well as the ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. The position also demands accurate use of a tape measure and building crates suitable for international shipping. The Parts Coordinator II will frequently collaborate with team members to ensure that warehouse orders are processed accurately and on time.
Core Responsibilities
Stock and Inventory Management
- Correctly place incoming stock in the appropriate warehouse location.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system, updating as necessary.
- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
