Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset: patient, friendly, and problem-solving oriented
- Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and diplomacy
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Industry experience is a plus but not required
