Bates Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians. This position is responsible for providing timely and quality repairs to customers HVAC systems while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Additionally, this position promotes and sells additional products and services that directly impact the profitability of the company.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years field experience in both residential and light commercial HVAC service and repair. Excellent customer service, strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work variable and flexible hours, along with overtime as needed including some nights and weekends.
Job Requirements :
- Perform timely and quality repairs in resolving customer complaints
- Uses tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair and test various products
- Maintains high level of customer satisfaction
- Works as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer
- Recognizes and acts upon every opportunity to drive company revenue
- Maintains truck stock inventory and ensures maintenance schedules are within company guidelines
- Ensures tools and equipment are in safe operating condition.
- Outstanding problem solving skills
- Professional and Positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- EPA Certification Required
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Must pass background check and have a clean driving record
