Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Berlin, CT, for a Call Center Outbound Dialer. The Call Center Outbound Dialer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments. Day-to-day tasks include managing call lists, logging call details, and following up on customer inquiries to ensure excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications- Excellent Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Experience with Contact Centers
- Proficient in Computer Literacy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary : $20 - $35
