Bath Experts is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of company operations. The Director of Operations will manage and coordinate key functions, including bath installation operations, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, and team leadership.
About the Role :
The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and managing all operational functions at Bath Experts. This includes managing installation processes, supply chain, shipping and receiving, purchasing, and cross-functional collaboration with other departments. The Director of Operations will work closely with the executive team to align operational strategies with company goals, drive performance improvements and ensure the company consistently delivers exceptional results for customers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with the ability to drive performance and support the company's continued growth.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute operational strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Oversee daily operation of the installation process ensuring all install objectives are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical expertise to operations managers and installation teams, including on-site support at various Bath Experts locations.
- Manage inventory including analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right materials, and maintaining inventory to meet installation needs.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing operational standards, safety protocols, and complying with legal regulations.
- Design and implement training, coaching, and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of installation teams and managers, both in the office and in the field.
