About the Role: Recruitment Coordinator
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers, and enhancing the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing, and scheduling, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer letters.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update job postings across various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Manage background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance Bath Experts' reputation as an employer of choice.
- Support onboarding efforts, including new hire paperwork, coordination of first-day logistics, and ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
- Provide administrative support in daily HR operations, including maintaining and updating employee records within the HRIS.
- Collaborate on HR projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or related field.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), really, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other software.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred but not required.
