Bath Experts is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to join our team! The successful candidate will be a positive, dependable, and detail-oriented team player, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support is a plus. A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
What You'll Do
- Book & Manage Appointments: Schedule installations and service calls across the Midwest, then confirm and adjust as needed.
- Keep Everyone in the Loop: Serve as the main contact between customers and our installation teams, sharing updates and handling last-minute changes.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Update calendars and scheduling systems so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Solve Problems: Anticipate and resolve conflicts-whether it's a sudden staffing change or a shifting customer need.
- Support the Team: Pitch in with other administrative tasks to help projects run smoothly.
