Job Summary
The Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring all appointments have been thoroughly verified and meet internal guidelines. The Scheduling Coordinators confirm and verify appointments scheduled 24-48 hours in advance with potential customers, conduct soft credit pulls, discuss financing options, and interdepartmental communication, and provide feedback to management for coaching opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes on every interaction and all appointments.
- Confirm all scheduled sales appointments 24-48 hours prior via outbound calls and written correspondence.
- Inbound Phone Calls.
- Monitor text logs, and shared email accounts to ensure customers are responded to promptly.
- Assist with same-day cancellations: Notify Inside Sales Team, Outside Sales Team, and Area Managers.
- Financing inquiries on a need-by-need basis: Obtaining permission for soft credit checks, discussing financing options, and current promotional offers.
- Assist our VA Finance Specialist on a need-by-need basis.
- Complete Quality Assurance: Locate and review call recordings, text messages, and email history.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
- Assisting Management with additional duties as needed for successful department operation.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1 year if inside sales/customer service experience required.
- Goal-oriented and money motivated.
- Experience with call center technology solutions a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass drug-screen and background check.
