Experienced Call Center Representative
Home Pro of West Michigan / Bath Planet is hiring! We have a unique inbound/outbound “Call Center” position opening. We are looking to add another few people to our team! This is not the traditional call center where you are over worked and under appreciated but a call environment where we will work with you one on one to help you and our team grow. We are willing to train the right person that fits into our office, we just ask that you are coachable and have a willingness to learn and give 200%!
Full-time · $13 to $17 / hour Plus Benefits
- Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and headset
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. On average you will complete over 100 calls a day
- Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of our company
- Assist customers in setting up appts from the showroom floor (rotating schedule).
- Follow our customer engagement strategy
- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets
- Previous experience in a customer support role/sales role strongly recommended
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to different personality types.
- Familiarity with CRM technology
- Customer focused
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED required
