We are seeking motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll meet with customers during pre-set, qualified appointments—no cold calling or door knocking required. You'll consult with homeowners, present tailored solutions, and guide them through their remodeling decisions.

- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Resilience & ability to handle rejection without being discouraged
- Ability to drive 100 miles per day on average
- Flexible schedule – availability to work evenings & weekends
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role

- Strong ability to close deals in-home, on the spot
- Tech proficiency with an iPad
- Valid driver’s license & vehicle insurance
