We are searching for passionate and driven individuals to help our residential clients across the Northern New Jersey, Staten Island and Rockland territory turn their bathroom renovation dreams into reality.

At Bath Fitter, we ensure success with high-quality pre-scheduled leads, removing the hassle of cold calling. This full-time position offers the stability and security of being a W2 employee with Bath Fitter’s dedicated installation team. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design and specify their ideal bathroom renovations.
• Accurately calculate material requirements and project costs.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Prepare engaging visuals and detailed documentation for client presentations.
• Manage cash transactions efficiently and securely.

Qualifications

· Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Ability to take accurate measurements

· Capable of navigating various applications on Ipad

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Previous experience in in-home sales is highly advantageous.

· Must hold a valid, clean driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

· Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Experience
