The Head Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing daily lifeguard operations, ensuring the safety of all aquatic facility patrons, and assisting with the supervision and training of lifeguard staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of lifeguards to ensure consistent safety and performance.
- Monitor aquatic areas to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies when necessary.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the pool, equipment, and facilities.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to lifeguards.
- Maintain detailed incident and accident reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Lead in-service training sessions and emergency drills.
